Strike? Not in this house.

Violin with Him Next Door.
Maths-Whizz with Her Next Door.
Cooking with Daddy (cooking with Mummy would be a non starter).
Spellings and reading (Welsh and English) with Mummy.
Cycling with Daddy.

G10 checking her spellings.
G10 will be glad when today's strike called by the teaching union Ucac, is over... she can go back to school for a rest tomorrow.

That's probably more than she does in a day at school! The violin, cycling and cooking classes don't sound bad at all, though - bet she had fun doing those.

Hello, I followed your link back from the comment you left by me. You are living my dream - I love Wales and yearn for the British countryside. Following from now on. :)

Very impressive! Not nearly so busy here. Mostly coughing, sniffing, telly and regular doses of cough medicine.

Now that you've had this idyllic experience, I guess you're going to tell us that, next year, you'll be home schooling G10 (OK, G11, I guess).
But perhaps not.
